Just heard on the TV news that Volvo is considering helping lower crashes due to drunk driving.

Their solution would be an onboard breathalyzer that would be integrated into the seat belts. The driver would have to blow .08 or less for the setbelt to work, and the car would not start unless the seatbelts were in use.
