Are you sure your idler arm bushing is good? Any up and down play on that side?
By increasing the positive caster, that is, by moving the top balljoint forward, you may be able to get a little more sure tracking.
You can do this by putting a shim under one of the upper control pivot mounting bolts, but I can recall which. The object is to make the top of the knuckle tip forward a little more. Try 1/8", just a thick washer.
If your car tracks straight, be sure to do both sides evenly. If it puttls to one side, whim that side a little more.
Is your toe in set correctly? Toe in should be just barely over square, about 1/8-1/4 difference from the front of the tire to the back. Mark the tires,measure, then roll the car forward, and measure the same marks.
