What helps pass emmissions?

Mine has only one hitch to passing Georgia's relatively relaxed test, being that the air pump adds O2 upstream of the cat rather than to a nipple in the middle of the cat which would promote better reduction of NOx. Thus my car registers higher NOx levels out the tailpipe. To get past this little quirk, all that needs be done is to remove the spout/plug (attached to wire harness coming off distributor) such that no spark advance is allowed for the test. After passing just (discreetly) plug the spout back in, back on the road.
