For the spacers if no one else replys, a few different people/shops on eBay will custom make them for you if you cannot find them, do a search for "spacers/adapters" and ask if they'll make them, I know some will, some won't.

I cannot remember who I asked....I ended up buying a lathe and a mill so no need to shop it out now :)
