Fault Codes 67 and 95

The NDS is easy to wire, you can use the Ford switch or the Volvo switch or both. I split the circuit because it was still possible to start in gear when I ran both circuits through the Volvo switch. Be careful not to feed 12V into pin 46 – It will fry your ECU! (experience speaking).

The fuel pump isn’t too difficult to wire, the feedback to pin 22 is usually the key.

You should be able to remove all of the codes if everything is hooked up correctly. If you have removed the air pump, resistors in the circuits for the air injection solenoids will fool the ECU into thinking its hooked up (15 ohm .5 watt I believe) You will still get a code 44 on the KOER test, but no check engine light.

I tried to upload a couple of simplified wiring diagrams, but they won’t load
Email me and I’ll send them to you.

Best of luck
