Jumper from pink wire on fuel pump relay(feed to fuel pump) to pin 19 (fuel pump monitor). This tells ECU there is power to fuel pump...no more code 95.

Code 67 is activated when the car is started in gear or if the clutch is not fully depressed (part of starter interlock in a stock Mustang,etc.) When in neutral (manual tranny) or clutch depressed there is continuity between pins 30 and 46 on ECU via a switch in the trans.(in neutral) or the clutch (depressed) . These switches are wired in parallel.
You should be able to eliminate the code by jumping pin 30 to 46 or use the switch in the tranny and add one to your clutch pedal.
