AC question

Since you're not getting voltage to the clutch, we'll assume that it's good. You may want to jumper the clutch just to be sure.
Work backwards from the A/C clutch plug. There is a diode in the line which may be bad, further along you will find the WOT cutoff solenoid and of couse check the wiring and fuses. There may be a fuse "in line"
