LS-1 into 940

Ah, well if you're considering a world products all aluminum short/longblock, have you thought about an LS7. Chevy recently announced it would be available soon and it would come in at a price significantly cheaper than similar aftermarket engines. Who's to know what that actually means, but I'd guess that it'd be about the same price as a World aluminum longblock, and be absolutely badass. That dry sump pan would probably help with x-member clearance issues as well. :-D
