Timing Belt Failure?!?!! S70 1998

Your description could be a timing belt but really it is tough to say. Expect a repair bill in the area or 3K if it is. Often time it is cheaper to drop a good used engine instead of trying to breath life back into one that has snapped a T-belt. Should it come down to that, I hope it does not for your sake, make sure you stuff a new belt into the replacement used engine.
