From what you say and your previous post it sounds like you may have 2 independent problems.

Regarding the brakes - they are suspect because as you said in previous post the pull is or was intermittent - I would recommend feeling the calipers for heat after a long drive where you don't apply the brakes much. This would test for whether the brakes are partly applying when you don't intend. But as another reply stated it may be significant that one caliper is not hot - as stated that one may be stuck so it is not working at all. So I would also repeat the kind of test you did until you are reasonably sure you've identified consistently what is happening at each wheel. By the way, is there anything unusual in how the brakes feel at the pedal? Finally, I had noted in a previous reply that I had more than one stuck caliper on a car but did not state why. In that car the brake fluid was visibly contaminated and I concluded particles were migrating through the system and jamming the pistons. The braking became acceptable after repeated flushing, replacing 3 calipers, a master cyl and a proportioning valve. Do you know the history of brake service on your car?

Regarding the noise while driving and possibly the pull, what about your driveshafts and CV joints, and/or wheel bearings (though your wiggle test should detect bad bearings)?

Also did you fix the upper strut mount (assuming you verified it was bad)? If bad enough it may mean abnormal forces are taken up by other suspension parts - which might then seem to be the cause of the problems.

Finally the creak at full steering lock may be normal - tie rod ends hitting steering stops - some people put grease on them.
