You are right about the timing belt, but the oil drips could be from too much crankcase pressure - the PCV system needs to be cleaned and probably a new oil seperator (cna't spell any more).
All 3 engine mounts and other suspension goodies. AC evaporator probably leaks. Florida cars normally don't have heated seats and headlight wipers. Have you looked at Matthews web site?
