Ron,

You've really had all those problems with your '97 850? It sounds as if the car came with a lot of defects. On the other hand, I applaud you for keeping up your other 850 (Turbo) with 240k miles on it.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with my '96 850, which only has 76k on it. But it's a car that has never seen salted roads or driven in snow. You could say it's pampered very well, as I tend to wash it twice a week if it needs it or not. The car's currently in storage for the winter.
