There is a microswitch that needs replacemtnet to fix the shiftlock problem.
The ABS/TRACS module develops open solder joints over time that are worse in high ambient temperature. You can remove it and send it in for repair or if you are tech savy and are familliar with soldering you can open it up and fix it yourself.
