timing belt replacement question V70-XC70 1999

Why would you want to replace the T-belt now rather than at 105K miles? Is it showing signs of wear? Check the accessory belt, that may need changing if you are looking for work.
I would not replace the cam seals unless your engine is leaking profusely, and then I would first suspect the manifold pressure to be too high.
