I'm glad n0v8or told you where the receiver unit is located.

The symptoms you described are EXACTLY what I am experiencing. It's a real pain when I can't open the trunk when I am standing within inches of it.

I and many others will be eager to hear what the dealer tell you the problem is. Thanks again.
