Re: Recentering the steering wheel 850 1997

I would suggest that you go to an allignment shop. I used to also have excessive outer edge front tire wear. For the longest time, they would tell me it is due to hard cornering, which I was admittedly doing. However, after having my car alligned at a shop where the owner was the on site expert for Driven, this never happened again.

When I switched to my aftermarket suspension, I spoke to the allignment guy at the dealership where I was having some of the final bits of suspension install done, and I am getting outstanding wear from my Toyo T1-S's.

Bottom line, there probably isn't much you can do about a perfectly straight ahead steering wheel, but you should NOT have to put up with excessive outer edge front tire wear.
