Does the ECC control panel pop out? 850 1996

Bryan,

Thank you for your reply. Do I understand you correctly that you can gently pull the plastic cover off the "A" pillar, there by exposing the wire that powers the sun visor bulbs? If so, should I start at the top near the ceiling or at the bottom near the dashboard? Also, I have a flat piece of plastic that I purchased from iPd that is recommended to use to gently pop out toggle switches from the dashboard without scratching the plastic. Would you recommend using it to pry off the plastic cover from the "A" pillar?
