dear sir i am soory to hear that your dealer charged you so much to take care of the problem, but after 12,000 miles volvo wont pay for certain repairs and spilling fluids on the center console is not one of them, they consider that customer abuse, but it does seem kind of high what they charged you and i can say if you had come to our dealer and you were a good service customer it would have been done at no charge or it would have been a 20-30 dollar charge.
