Probable jammed lock cylinder. Cylinder removal on 850 is easy BUT the key MUST be in position 1 to remove it. 70 series cars require drilling and screw extraction, but 850 is removed by turning key to pos 1 and pressing a small release button on the lock. If you can't turn the key, the tumblers will have to be drilled.
