If it's not due to cooler weather then they should have pressure tested your cooling system to determine if your coolant is leaking.

I have yet to see a coolant leak of any kind on an S80 so to my knowledge, there's no common cooling system problems with them.

If you're still convinced that your car is leaking coolant, leave it at your dealership overnight and have them let it sit under pressure cold. If it holds pressure and the level doesn't go down under pressure (usually best tested with a cold engine and kept under pressure for a couple hours if need be), then it can't be leaking anywhere.
