No Highbeams S60

If it is like the 2001 V70, the relays are in the side of the dash, next to the driver's door. Yes, there is a relay.

First, turn on the high beams, unplug one of them at the back of the headlight cannister, and check for voltage (12V). Look around for a loose ground also.
