Thanks for the info. I did swap the relays last Friday when it was 45 degrees and found that the high beam one was not functioning. However, I forgot to write down the number and tried to look at it again last night at 0 degrees, but quickly decided that it would be safer to ask here than risk breaking the plastic holding the relay board in place under the dash.
