No Highbeams S60

The area next to the driver's door is all fuses. However, I did find a tray full of relays under the dash by the driver's left foot. None of these relays are labeled. I used a stethoscope, but still could not locate anything the one clicking when the highbeams are supposed to be on. No power at the light connector.
