I agree with Klaus as well. I have also seen Sekurit (St. Gobain) as OEM on some Volvos as well.

If its pretty obvious the trim is sticking up then it should have been obvious to the installer/tech....and the fact that it wasn't fixed and left to you speaks volumes to their care.

I'd take it back IMHO
