leaking fuel profusely 850

I have a non-turbo 850 and my car started leaking fuel profusely about two weeks ago. my fuel economy has gone from 21 mi/gal to about 11 mi/gal. It only starts to leak after the engine has been running for about 5 minutes. Then, i see a lot of dripping underneath the car around the fuel rail area in the front of the engine. I am not sure what part may need to be replaced. Can someone please make some suggestions just so that i can have more confidence when speaking with my mechanic about this issue? I am also concerned about cost of part replacement.
