Darn, I hate it when that happens! Replacing all of the solenoids and the TCU? Why? One or more of your solenoids is not correct or the ATF is much too low or high.

You have a choice, either repl the tranny or find a good beater. Someone will buy your car for $750, put a used tranny in it and be happy. They probably won't use your mechanic.

Take a look at your local Craigslist...
