Let me see... the TCU said the S2 was shot and you replaced S1,S2 and SL. Now the SL is messed up. Have the mechanic clean the old SL with kerosene and then wash off the kerosene with ATF and put the original working SL back in.
Before the car is started back up and tested, clear all of the A-1 codes. Then go for a test drive. Check the codes after the drive, just to see if there is anything 'pending'.
