Power Steering Pump 850 1997

Very weird this happened after i had it to a service center to help diagnose the lean / rich situation I was having. They found a cracked vacuum line which seems to have resolved that problem, but a half day later this occurs. I am pretty sure I flushed the PS 2 years ago when I got this one, but maybe not. I remember on the 9xx series there was a flush procedure by disconnecting the hose and running new fluid through. For the 850 is it similar? or do you need to do just the Turkey Baster thing. The fluid looks real real clean, where or what would this clog come form?
