Power Steering Pump 850 1997

The PS system flush works the same as the 900s, but the hose is harder to get off the PS bottle because of the barbs.

I wonder if the mechanics kinked the PS line, or introduced air by removing it? There is a vacuum line close to the PS pump. Any air in the system should rise to the bottle when the system is shut off.
