But with all that weight on the front of the car, wouldn't shifting some of that weight toward the back end of the car do you some good on the track? Our model of FWD sedan is somewhat porkly on the front and more often than not, understeer will not do you any favours on most racetracks. See what the Porsche racer has to say but stiffening up the rear should definitely dial out some of the inherit understeer in an 850. But to find out, you're gonna have to yank those rear Konis out probably more than just once to see what works best for your driving style. Keep me posted though, good luck and happy racing!

PS: full soft is the ONLY way to go on the street! unless you're willing to part with your backside!
