The plastic PCV is fairly cheap at the dealer, and the parts guy can show you where the small vacuum line attaches. The fact that there is wet oil at the PCV is an indication that the port to the oil separator box is not totally clogged.
The main reason to get new separator box parts is for the large lines that come out of the box, they get old and brittle with age. Yes, the 5+ hours to replace the box and lines is a pain, but that gives you a chance to clean out the port to the block. My 1998 with 155K was only partially blocked, so I reemed it out with a screwdriver.
The AutoRx should clean out the dirt from the block passage, as well as the sludge accumulated at the rear main seal. Just remember, AutoRx only works with cheap regular oil and will need a filter change at 500-1000 miles. Replacing the filter without draining the pan uses about 1 quart of oil.
