That is just a test that shows air going through. Better would be to check the other pipe that goes to the PCV. Just remember, air can compress and liquid cannot and air can easily get through a small hole. If there is an air leak anywhere in the system and you are blowing air into the crankcase without measuring the amount of air coming out, you are wasting your breath.
