Rocking what fuse caused clicking and noises with the key out of the ignition?

I'd pull the neg terminal of the battery with the key out, and measure DC amps
with everything off. Put the meter leads to the empty neg terminal, and to the
cable end that you took off. see what you find. It should be low trace current,
18-25 ma +- (not stable)
