We seem to have a 'winner' It's #3 850 1994

I looked in my 95 schematic and F3 goes only to the central lock/-
delayed courtesy light module (It's more than a relay)
This module is in the main fuse block underneath (2nd level down)
It says "205 206"
You might try a boneyard module or if you're handy, take the critter out
and pop the cover off and look for crispy critters, maybe something as easy as a shorted diode or some obvious fault.

The way you said it acted before, it could be as simple as a badly corroded socket & pin. Get some dielectric silicone and put a light coat on the pins,
in fact you can stuff dielectric silicone into the socket to retard corrosion.
I get mine at the industrial supply that sells hydraulic fittings and drive belts
and grease, I don't know if autozone or local parts joints sell it
Its maybe $8-9 for a 4oz toothpaste tube size container that will do hundreds of
connectors. (It's super for boats on salt water where the salt air destroys stuff
faster than New England roads)

Good Luck, Bill
