Oil changes V70-XC70 2003

I have no problems cutting the old belt, saves a lot of time and aggrivation.

As for not having a sprocket holder for the cams, you really don't need one so long as you take your time and get good tension between the sprockets. One rule of thumb with VVT engines - turn the crank 90 degrees past the mark and back to the mark before removing the belt. This is to relieve pressure on the cams.

I also remove all spark plugs to help turn the engine over when checking the new belt positioning.
