Running rough when in gear S70 1998

Couple of things... I found that all motor mounts were replaced around 40k miles ago, so I'm not convinced those are the issues. I still need to take a peak at the mounts to make sure they look okay though.

The PCV system appears to be bad. The glove did inflate a little bit. This wouldn't cause the rough running though, would it?
