If you drain and fill, you'll get most of it out. But if you use the hose and bucket from the return line method, you'll get much more of it out.

It's actually not that difficult. I did it on my 855T about a year ago, and the hardest part was getting the return line off and on. And get a new clip for the return line. By now, this clip on your car should be pretty oxidized and probably won't hold the return line in as well as it should.
