What's an E-code lens? 850 1995

E code means European. There is a different cutoff line for low beams in Europe. It is a 15 degree angle from the center of the light off to the right or left if in the UK. In the US, it's 15 degrees only for a short distance, and then it steps over a bit. Supposedly to reduce glare. People like the E code lens because it lights up signs, posts, lines better on the right side. The e-code lenses are out there, either on ebay or other volvo sites. Not a dealer thing, though.
