What's an E-code lens? 850 1995

I'm having the hardest time getting in touch with them. Are they that busy? I called them up today and talked to Tim. He said he was going to call me back in 1/2 hour and never called back. Also, I left him a message last Friday, but I had to call him today to follow-up. How is their service? Personally, I'm a little disappointed.
