I did just the lenses, and man, what a difference! Don't know whether the Euro fixtures are different from US/CAN; all I know is that they're a world of improvement over DOT.

As to "legality" they are legal in some states and not in others. If not "street legal" in your state, would anyone pull you over for it? Highly unlikely.
