I profusely apologize for any angst I may have caused you, but the reply I made was just my opinion ( or WAS it the stick up my arse talking, I don't know)to your post you evidently wanted a reply to, else you wouldn't have posted the message.

I wouldn't dare suggest that you as a driver you must do anything that would be civil toward the, in your words, as***le if they are causing you any harm. As far as being too safety conscious, GUILTY. I hope that your years of driving are safe and that you safely drive for a long time.

I believe that we all need to be conscious of as***le drivers and avoid as much as possible. If that is your method of avoiding them, be my guest. It's not mine. I'll just avoid you. See, it works.

As far as the legal speak in California I recant my statement about all states making it illegal. Go figure I don't have all my law books up to date for all 50 states. It was what I thought was true, not a statement of fact.

By the way, I do think too much. I have to deal with this crap every day. So maybe we all can chill.
