Brakes S40-V40 2000

At least your brakes work and your engine didn't blow up. My 2000 V40 had several instances of power brake failure (luckily no accidents) and the same problem occurred in a loaner S40 from the dealer.

As for Volvo NA and the dealers, you're now dealing with Ford, who took over Volvo a few years back. Sorry to hear about your problems.
