Emissions air-pump fix $650?????? V70-XC70

The pump draws vapors from a canistor in the same area. I'm not
sure if you need it. In California (and I think Mass) emission
devices are warrantied for 7 years/70K miles (for 98s). Thought I'd
mention it in case you are in one of those two states (warranty info
by state is in the owners manual).
