What's a DEQ inspection? Recently had a smog check performed, mandatory in the State of Cali every 2 years, and my 96 850 passed with flying colors--emissions were either way below the limit or average. I don't know who has tougher emissions control, Oregon or California, but we take ours seriously here because of our pollution problems.
