S80 2.9 Transmission problems? S80 2001

Has anybody heard anything regarding tranny problems on the more recent S80's?
We have been driving ours for 2 years and it seems to want to slip in and out of gear during steady and consistent driving between 40-50 mph. We have complained numerous times to the dealer and they have supposedly performed all the factory recommeded upgrades but it still persists.
