By '01, those trannies weren't known to have any common problems so you'll have to let your dealer know that you're still having problems with it. If it's something that's intermittant (not easily duplicated) you'ld be best to take an experienced technician with you for a test drive so that you can demenstrate what it's doing.
I havent needed to replace a trans in a newer S80 so far but anything's possible.
