Frank,

There is some truth in what you say.

I don't know what protections each state's laws gives to franchisees. However I doubt that VCNA is powerless to lean on particularly bad dealers in order to protect its business interests.

I empathize with your being in a situation where the managment devalues its employees. Eventually enough customers will be turned off and either your managment will wake up or the business will fail.
