Respect your techs and they will respect your cars and you

Frank thanks,

Sure. I DO understand that. And I appreciate you taking time to explain. In fact my case might be a special case of "Bad" dealer. However, it doesn't impose much of a confidence when I see the tech take my car to a test drive alone when I'm there waiting, when I KINDLY asked whether I can take him to a test drive. In return (when I go back to take the car), I'm told that I have to change the control arm first and then further diagnosys can be made. And the very control arm they insist on changing is the ONE I had replaced merely TWO months ago. The only thing with that one is, it is an AFTERMARKET (Scan Tech) control arm and, the noise was already there before I had it replaced. Anyway, in a couple of months I'll move out from State College, and Thanks God I'll get rid of them completely.
Ihsan
