Vibrating when braking -- and after car has stopped V70-XC70 1998

I've seen a bad trans do that on a '98 S70. Mounts (not even the upper one) don't usually crack at only 55K miles on a '98 car. The upper mount typically starts cracking at about 70K miles but it doesn't cause a vibration while driving even if totally broken.
