just done mine at 60k (fairly sure it hadnt been done before) having seen what came out..well just do the flush......

its easy and lets face it fairly cheap, volvo say the transmissions a life time fill, well haveign seen a 60k fluid fill...im left askign WHOS life...cos it was disgusting.....car now shifts a lot smotther too...and my MPG has gone up maybe 1-2mpg to boot...but i think i can now detec that the upper engien mount needs doing...oh well at 60k no suprise there i guess!
